This page explains how Teqsumaq's contact form works and what happens to the information you choose to share.
Information you provide
The form asks for your name, business name, phone number, service of interest and a description of your needs. Only provide information you are authorized to share, and avoid including sensitive information or third-party data.
Preparing your message
Your information is kept temporarily in your browser's memory while you complete the form. This website does not send it to a backend, record it in a CRM or store it in a database. When you continue, a WhatsApp link containing your inquiry text is created.
Your choice to send
WhatsApp opens with the prepared message only when you press the form's button. You can review it, edit it and decide whether to send it. Preparing a message does not send it. The link may remain in your browser history; keep this in mind when using a shared device.
Using WhatsApp
When you open the link, WhatsApp receives the information included in its URL. Its processing is also governed by the WhatsApp privacy policy. If you send the inquiry, Teqsumaq can read the information in that conversation to respond to your request. This website does not implement automated follow-up sequences.
Contact by email
You can also email contacto@teqsumaq.pe. The link opens your email app; this website does not send emails automatically. If you choose to send a message, your email provider handles delivery and Teqsumaq receives the information you include to respond to your inquiry.
Display preferences and hosting
The website uses a dark appearance and respects your device's reduced-motion preference. The hosting provider may process technical logs needed to serve the page, such as IP addresses and resource requests. This implementation does not include visitor analytics or advertising cookies.
Language preference
We detect your browser's preferred language between Spanish and English, with Spanish as the fallback. We store your choice in a functional cookie for one year to remember the language; it is not used for advertising or to determine your physical location.

If you have sent a message and would like to ask about, correct or request deletion of information you shared with Teqsumaq, contact us in the same WhatsApp conversation or email contacto@teqsumaq.pe.
